About the Piece
I remember those hot summer days of playing outside in my Grandmother’s garden when I was a child. The smell of fresh flowers takes me back to the times of infinite dreaming and imagining. The bold colors of her azaleas, camellias, and honey suckles were the back drops to my fairy lands. I love how the reds and yellows in this piece transport me to a dream land just like my Grandmother’s garden.
